Previous occupations: Project Manager at firm of architects KPF Arkitekter (2006-2011), Alderman to the city of Aarhus (1997-2005), Chairman of the Aarhus branch of the Danish TUC (1989-1997)
Involved in numerous building projects both in past positions and today – in the capacity as idea developer, as a participant in panel of judges, as a developer etcetera. Examples:
ARoS (arts museum), Filmby Aarhus (the Regional Film and Media Center in Western Denmark, Godsbanen (production Centre for stage and visual art), Arts hall Arena, Aarhus Stadium, 2 extensions of Musikhuset Aarhus, Moesgaard Museum, Lisbjerg town plan, care homes, schools, Multimedia house/library, youth housing, bus garage station, master plan for port, suitable land for company development, housing, educational institutions, etc.
In 2011, I started up my own business.
I am not an investor. As a sparring partner I can also cooperate with companies seeking to develop and to own. Or I can assist in finding the right cooperation partners. I can assist in finding suitable sites or properties for development. I am a true problem solver in situations where the process is stuck.
I see myself as a catalyst and solver of all types of problems that may arise, e.g. related to rules regarding application, price, partners, etc.
